I. Sign Agreement

1. Before starting to buy fund, sign agreement with Hua Xia Bank, assign a deposit A/C and set a password. 
2. Documentation required from individual investors: (1) Hua Xia Card; (2) Applicant’s ID card (original) – Resident ID Card, Military ID, Solider ID, China Passport, Permanent Residence Card, other legal Identity Card; (3) Fund Investment Service Agreement Signing Form duly filled.  (4) If someone applies on behalf, the original of his/her ID card must be submitted.
3. Documentation required from institutional investors: (1) Current Deposit A/C; (2) the original and copy of the ID Card of the legal representative (stamped with company chop); (3) If someone applies on behalf, the Letter of Authorization with legal representative’s personal chop or signature, the original and copy of the ID Card of the person being authorized; (4) Agreement Signing Form duly filled and stamped with company chop.

II. Change A/C  
1. Account stated in the fund investment agreement can be changed at Hua Xia Bank Counter.
2. Documentation required from individual investors: (1) old Hua Xia Card; (2) new Hua Xia Card (3) Investor’s ID card (original) or the original of the ID card of the person applies on behalf (4) Agreement Signing Form duly filled.
3. Documentation required from institutional investors: (1) old Current Deposit A/C No.; (2) new Current Deposit A/C No. (3) the original of the ID Card of the authorized person to apply on behalf (4) Agreement Signing Form duly filled and stamped with company chop.

III. Assess risk profile
1. After signing the agreement, new sign-up investors who wish to buy funds (subscribe, buy or buy under MONTHLY SAVING PLAN ) must be assessed on the degree of risk that can handle. 
2. Individual investors submit the Hua Xia Card, Institutional investors submit (Company) Current Deposit A/C; both types of investors must submit Hua Xia Bank Fund Investment Service – Risk Profile Assessment Questionnaire duly filled.

IV. Open/Cancel A/C
1. Open a Fund A/C at the Fund Registry through Hua Xia Bank branch. Fund A/C can also be cancelled via Hua Xia Bank.
2. No form needed to be filled in. Inform Hua Xia Bank’s Teller verbally the name of the Fund Registry, then enter password. 
3. Investors wish to subscribe, buy or sign-up MONTHLY SAVING PLAN  but not yet open a Fund A/C, Hua Xia system automatically submits the application to the applicable Fund Registry for opening the account.

V. Subscribe/Buy Fund
1. Subscribe Fund – buy from the specified Fund House the shares of the fund in offering period, through Hua Xia Bank; Buy Fund - buy from the specified Fund House the shares of the fund in the available period, through Hua Xia Bank.  
2. No form needed to be filled in. Inform Hua Xia Bank’s Teller verbally the name or code of the fund, subscribe/buy amount, then enter password.

VI. Set/Update/Terminate MONTHLY SAVING PLAN 

1. Set the fixed amount for deduction on the date of each month within the period (by month) for buying a fund. Customers are free to change the details under the Plan, or terminate the plan.   
2. To set/update/terminate MONTHLY SAVING PLAN , no form needed to be filled in. Inform Hua Xia Bank’s Teller verbally the name or code of the fund, investment amount, deduction date, total months, then enter password.

VII. Redeem Fund

1. Fund redemption is the buying back of all or part of the fund shares held in hand by fund manager. 
2. No form needed to be filled in. Inform Hua Xia Bank’s Teller verbally the name or code of the fund, shares to be redeemed, redemption option, then enter password.

VIII. Switch Fund

1. Switch fund is the conversion of fund shares held in hand to another fund under the same family - managed by the same fund manger, registered under the same Fund Registry.
2. No form needed to be filled in. Inform Hua Xia Bank’s Teller verbally the name or code of the fund, shares to be converted, name of the target Fund, then enter password.

IX. Change Dividend Option

1. A function for changing the record in Fund Registry on the dividend option of the fund held in hand.
2. If no dividend option specified, Hua Xia Bank system automatically sets to default (“cash” for equity fund, “re-invest” for money market fund).
3. No form needed to be filled in. Inform Hua Xia Bank’s Teller verbally the name of the fund, dividend option after change, then enter password.

X. Cancel Order
1. All orders can be cancelled on the day of submission, if necessary. 
2. No form needed to be filled in. Inform Hua Xia Bank’s Teller verbally the Order No:  then enter password.

XI. Confirmation
All transactions (open/cancel A/C, subscribe/buy fund, sign-up MONTHLY SAVING PLAN, redeem fund, switch fund, change dividend option) are completed after T+1 days (subject to confirmation from Fund Registry. Result can be checked T+2 (inclusive) days later through Hua Xia Bank outlets, Internet Banking, Phone Banking, or print the closing slip at any Hua Xia Bank outlets in the same city.
