Service Flow  
1.Agent Bank Agreement signed between Policy Bank (Head Office) and Huaxia Bank;
2.Huaxia Bank is qualified (by Policy Bank) to be the correspondent bank on the loan projects;
3.Agent Contract of Project Consignation signed between the correspondent Bank, borrowing companies and Policy Bank;
4.Policy Bank releases and collects the loans to and from the special A/C opened at the correspondent bank;
5.Policy Bank pays the agency fee to the correspondent bank, as required.
