CUP Online Payment is a payment service launched by China UnionPay, Hua Xia Bank joins the payment service as a card issuing bank. When compared to Hua Xia Bank's Personal Online Payment", the CUP Online Payment is different in: Hua Xia Bank's "Personal Online Payment" only supports payments by Hua Xia cards for Hua Xia cardholders shopping at Hua Xia merchant websites. The CUP Online Payment supports interbank payments by Hua Xia cards for Hua Xia cardholders shopping at merchants connected to CUP Online Payment system.
Currently the CUP Online Payment only supports payments by Hua Xia cards starting with 6226.

I. Cardholders must sign up CUP Online Payment in Hua Xia Personal Internet Banking
Login Hua Xia Personal Internet Banking, click "Apply CUP Online Payment", click "Accept" to the agreement and fill in the card No., card password, ID Card No., CVN2 (3 italic digits at the back of the card) and the graphic verification code.
II. Which cards can be used for signing up the CUP Online Payment?
Hua Xia cards prefixed with 6226, not starting with 4315.
III. How to continue if "amount over the limit" returned?
There is no limit for one payment by one card under the CUP Online Payment, but up to RMB 5000 (inclusive) by one card in a day. To make sure your online payment is safe, your payment will be rejected if over this daily cumulative, except in special merchants.
IV. How to continue if "password error trials over the limit" returned?
Your Hua Xia card will be locked up if you enter wrong password for three times continuously or cumulatively. You have to use your ID card and Hua Xia card to change the password in person at any outlet under the Hua Xia branch where you apply for the card (different rules in different Hua Xia branches, some branches require you to go to the Hua Xia outlet where you apply for the card).
V. How to continue if error 42 occurs?
This is an error indicating that you have not signed up the CUP Online Payment, login Hua Xia Personal Internet Banking to sign up the service.
VI. How to cancel the CUP Online Payment?
To protect the money in your account, you can cancel the CUP Online Payment after making the online payment. Cancellation steps are similar to the sign-up steps. Login Hua Xia Personal Internet Banking, click "Cancel CUP Online Payment". After the cancellation, you can apply again, no restriction.
