Corporate Financial Advisory

Introduction
The Corporate Financial Advisory services refers to analysis, consultancy, planning, and intermediary services of financial activities provided by Hua Xia Bank for corporate customers within the scope and using the approach agreed by both parties.

Category 
The service is classified as general advisory service and special advisory service, depending on whether it is related to corporate investment and financing, capital operation, or the complexity of the service.

1. General Advisory Service:
It refers to corporate financial advisory services that are not related to corporate investment and financing, capital operation or of complex nature. It includes policy and law consultation, financial advisory, annual report analysis, and industry information consultancy.
2. Special Advisory Service: 
It refers to corporate financial advisory services that are related to corporate investment and financing, capital operation or of complex nature. It includes investment advisory, financing advisory, corporate debt management as well as reorganization advisory, merger and acquisition advisory and corporate diagnosis.

Fee Standard
The services are fee-based. Hua Xia Bank charges the standard fee when there is sector-wide fee standard. For services where there is no standard in the industry, Hua Xia Bank negotiates with the company to determine the fee standard based on the nature of the project, work scope, work complexity, required time, accountability, and industry practices.

Corporate Deposit Certificate

Introduction 
The Corporate Deposit Certificate is a certificate produced by the bank for corporate customers as a proof of the account balance of the customer's bank accounts. The balance indicated in the corporate certificate of deposit is generally the book balance of the customer's account before the close of the previous banking day, or the account balance of a particular date in the past as specified by the customer.

Corporate Credit Certificate

Introduction
The Corporate Credit Certificate is a written certificate produced by the bank for corporate customers to verify its savings account settlement during the period of holding an account at the bank.

Corporate Credit Rating Certificate

Introduction
The Corporate Credit Rating Certificate is a written certificate produced by Hua Xia Bank for corporate customers to verify the credit rating results assessed by Hua Xia Bank based on the financial statements presented by the applicant and the Hua Xia Bank's credit rating assessment standards. The credit rating results is to the best knowledge of Hua Xia Bank on the customer’s credit standing and serve as the basis of the credit decisions and credit management at Hua Xia Bank. Without consent of Hua Xia Bank, the rating results are not allowed to be published in any newspaper or other public media.
