Introduction
The Corporate Time Deposit Certificate Pledge Loan is a loan where the borrower pledges the un-mature corporate RMB time deposit certificate issued by Hua Xia Bank or by other banks for Hua Xia Bank loans.

Corporate and other organizations of economic activities.

Functions and Features 
It provides credit facilities for the customer's production and business activities.

Currency and Tenor
RMB is the currency in service. The loan tenor is generally no more than 1 year. The loan maturity shall not be later than the maturity of the pledged deposit certificate in principle.

Interest Rate 
Loan interest rate stipulated by the People's Bank of China.

Application Materials
1) Credit application; 
2) Qualification certificates of the borrower and pledger; 
3) Audited financial statement of the prior year and the financial statement of the most recent period of the borrower and the pledger; 
4) Board resolutions of the borrower and the pledger; 
5) Credit assurance commitment written by the pledger; 
6) Corporate Time Deposit open account statement; 
7) Fund usage plan and statement of source of fund for repayment; 
8) Business contract relating to loan usage.
