Payroll Payment Services refer to arrangement where Hua Xia Bank accepts authorization from the company to transfer wages to the Hua Xia current deposit accounts of the staffs or to Hua Xia Card in one or multiple account transfers according to the stipulated deadline.

1. Convenient and prompt: The service enables convenient, safe, and prompt services for the employer company. The wages for staff of the company may be deposited quickly for timely interest accruals. 
2. Highly safe: The company and its staff are not exposed to paper cash during the wage payment, which free them from frustrations and risks in withdrawal and cash delivery. It also effectively avoids losses in counterfeits. 
3. Rich varieties of services: The customers using Hua Xia Card for wage payment are also entitled for quality Hua Xia Card services featuring diverse channels and great varieties.

Price:
Hua Xia Bank charges service fee at a proportion to the total payroll payment amount or on a flat rate. Both parties negotiate for the fee assessment and means of fee payment.

Applicable Clients:
It is payroll payment service for staff and retirees of companies, institutions, and other organizations.

Service Channels:
Hua Xia Bank outlets and Internet Banking.

Service Flows:
1. Sign payroll payment service agreement: The employer supplies the staff payroll list and the corresponding electronic documents and signs agreement with Hua Xia Bank. The agreement covers the duties of the parties, operation procedures, and agency fee. 
2. Open personal account: According to the employer's payroll documents, Hua Xia Bank opens the personal deposit accounts in card (passbook) in batch for the staff on payroll according to Hua Xia Bank's regulation. 
3. Deposit payroll fund: The employer shall deposit the payroll fund into Hua Xia Bank in advance. 
4. Charge service fee: Hua Xia Bank collects service fee in accordance with the agreement.
5. Account transfer for wages – Hua Xia Bank makes account transfers of wages after the payroll money has been funded. Hua Xia Bank will not advance wages.

Important Information:
1. The employer shall ensure the truthfulness and validity of the supplied documents. 
2. After the issuance of the bankcard (passbook) in batch, all customers shall timely change the passwords attached to the bankcard (passbook) and properly store the bankcard (passbook) to prevent from theft or information disclosure.
