A service for retail customers to buy and sell gold, including services for delivery and withdrawal of physical gold from warehouse, as well as provision of market news and prices on gold through direct link to Shanghai Gold Exchange ("SGE"). 
Personal customers under the service are individual persons who have signed up the service through Hua Xia outlets, Internet Banking or Customer Center.
All trades are conducted under voluntarily quotes, firm bid (buy in full amount, sell in full amount), automatic matching and physical delivery.

Service in-brief
I.Trading category and unit
Subject to the rules of Shanghai Gold Exchange, currently in offer: Au99.99, Au100g, quoted in RMB/gm; unit of trading in lots or integral multiples; each lot is 100g in both the case of Au99.99 and Au 100g. Unit of gold withdrawal: Au99.99 – 1000 gm or integral multiples; Au100g – 100 gm or integral multiples.
II.Trading hours
(I)Same trading hours as in Shanghai Gold Exchange, Mondays to Fridays (except national and public holiday): 
Morning: 9:00-11:30 (Beijing Time) (Mondays to Fridays)
Afternoon: 13:30-15:30 (Mondays to Fridays)
Night: 21:00- 2:30 next morning (Mondays to Thursdays)
(II)Application hours for gold withdrawal:
Mondays to Fridays (except national and public holiday); 
9:00-14:30 (Beijing Time)
Applications should be submitted within the period stated in the Agreement.
III.Service Channel:
Hua Xia bank counter, Customer Center, Internet Banking.

6.Gold in hand: Compared to the trading of paper gold through virtual account, this Hua Xia service offers trading in physical gold which means that you have gold to invest or spend.

How to sign up?
Steps for opening a Trading Account:
(1) Apply in person at the Hua Xia outlet where gold trading service is available, sign Hua Xia Bank Agreement of Gold Trading (Personal Customer).
(2) Open Gold A/C Card -Use your Hua Xia Debit Card, ID Card (original, no photocopy) and fill in Hua Xia Bank Gold Trading Enrollment Form. 
(3) Hua Xia outlet will apply to Shanghai Gold Exchange for a Customer No. on behalf of the customer. Then print the Gold A/C Card.
