Fuzhou Sub-Department of Hua Xia Bank’s SME Credit Department was officially set up on March 30, 2010.

Fuzhou Sub-Department adopts the service approach of “one-stop service, zero-distance communication” to serve the small enterprises in the economic zone situated in the west side of the Strait. The Sub-Department follows the “Six Mechanisms” of “Procedures can be simplified, conditions can be adjusted, cost can be estimated, interest rate can be floated, risk can be controlled, responsibility can be divided” to highlight the innovation in credit rating, approval, services, product and system. The Sub-Department creates a new channel for small enterprises to get loans from Hua Xia Bank by offering the unique, “small, fast, flexible” product of “Dragon Boat Program” and improves service scheme tailored for small enterprises.

Fuzhou Sub-Department rides in tide with the State Council policy on supporting Fujian Province to speed up the development in the West side of the Strait. Fujian’s economy is led by private enterprises with many branded enterprises. In this regard, Fuzhou Sub-Department takes advantage of being the first-mover to use all the resources to create a platform and build the golden brand of Hua Xia Bank – the “SME Financial Services Provider.”
