Shaoxing Sub-Department of Hua Xia Bank’s SME Credit Department was officially set up in November 2009.

Shaoxing Sub-Department takes the approach of “Lend to Good companies irrespective of the size”, “Benefits above all else” when introducing new products in line with the local market conditions. Emphasis is placed on the innovation in product and process while risk can be monitored and controlled. Priority is given to small enterprises engaging in wholesaling, chained industry and selective services to the mainstream business entities in the area. The Sub-Department achieves good progress in attracting group of loyal small enterprises contributing highly to Hua Xia’s portfolio. In serving the small enterprises, Shaoxing Sub-Department has been successful in “Five Innovations” - credit rating innovation, approval innovation, service innovation, product innovation, system innovation). Unique financial products that the Shaoxing Sub-Department offered are “small, fast, and flexible”. Financial services to small enterprises are now the service brand of the Shaoxing Sub-Department.

At present, Shaoxing Sub-Department is creating its new chapter under its new business model and service philosophy and on the way to build the golden brand of Hua Xia Bank, the “SME Financial Services Provider.”
