Hangzhou Sub-Department of Hua Xia Bank’s SME Credit Department was officially set up in November 2009.

Hangzhou Sub-Department is an institution dedicated to offer credit facility services to small enterprises in the Province. The Sub-Department adopted advanced approach, flexible process and premium services to attract the Zhejiang small enterprises to open corporate accounts in Hua Xia Bank.

The Sub-Department follows the “Six Mechanisms” of “Procedures can be simplified, conditions can be adjusted, cost can be estimated, interest rate can be floated, risk can be controlled, responsibility can be divided” to highlight innovation in credit rating, approval, service, product and system, The Sub-Department creates a new channel for small enterprises to get loans from Hua Xia Bank by offering different credit products for different types of small enterprises and improves service scheme tailored for small enterprises.
